Brilliant service - highly recommended. Sean replied within two hours of my post, came round that afternoon and quickly diagnosed the oven issue. He returned the next morning with the part, fixed it fast, and even sorted a broken cupboard lamp I’d forgotten about. Great communication, reliable, tidy, quick — and not expensive at all. Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
