Totally reliable - rang back immediately, discussed what needed to be done, was able to fit us in at fairly short notice; turned up on time; undertook electical survey as well as other bits of electrical work; and provided the full report and quote for further work on the same day. I’m really pleased with the work carried out here. The job was a basic boiler annual service but I found Yam to be easy and polite to converse with. He listened and understood what I wanted. His working method appears to be very clean, controlled, careful and efficient. I would absolutely hire Yam again and would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and neighbours. Reneco Tech carried out a full Electrical Condition Report (EICR) for our house prior to having existing, 30+ years old, fuse board replaced with a consumer unit. Came and quoted, then did lots of small jobs for me, between his bigger contracts. Recommended replacing some spotlights in some rooms for safer ones, which seemed sensible, but didn’t push the higher costs. Overall, nice guy, very efficient, obviously knows his stuff. Thanks.
