Vinny removed a rotting timber beam and replaced it with a steel beam. It sounds simple but I saw skill and experience producing an excellent job. Take my word for it because the beam is now hidden by a coat of render, looking exactly as it did before.

He also had to work around the window installers who had to come back to sort out a bit of their own dodgy workmanship. AVOID. Job: Replace leaky leaky asbestos garage roof, replace garage door, increase roof height, board the interior and fit electrics for lighting and power points. Hired as seemed like a nice guy, was helpful during the quoting process. However job is a disaster.
