We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. Rhodes builders were 1 of 10 companies who quoted on our extension. Josh was only 1 of 2 that we considered giving the job too. The other was similar on price, the other 7 or 8 either didn't provide prices, didn't bring a tape measure or simply didn't follow up when they said that they would. Josh was reliable, arrived on time, when he said he would & from the first day to the last did everything that he said he would. A small company, Josh had 3 other people working with him. We're very happy. Excellent.
