We requested that the bathroom was taken out and the pump parts kept. Unfortunately the pump was ripped out badly so we cannot reuse it. The young apprentice also caused alot of damage / mess and did not clean up. The plasterer they used was really good. Did not turn up when they said they would. Also really hassled for money once job was done, even though we had some outstanding issues. Shame as we were looking for a reliable worker to help with another local renovation.

Joe's friendly, responsive and did a first-rate job of making good the (somewhat fiddly) housing around a new Velux window. He also had to work around the window installers who had to come back to sort out a bit of their own dodgy workmanship. We'll certainly hire Joe for any future plastering jobs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Job was poorly finished. Said he'd come back the next day to sort, but didn't show up. Then said he'd come another day, but still didn't show up. Didn't pick my calls and started ignoring messages. Will certainly not be calling him back or recommending to anyone.
