Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

job not complete , heated towel rail not connected , hot and cold tap wrong way round shower screen not properly secure outside pipework is appauling , i would NOT reccomend this fitter to do a ny work AVOID !

Fraser and his team recently did some work on our roof. The workers were polite, helpful and did a good job, including the clean-up afterwards. The roof required more work than we realised, but Fraser was honest and communicative. This company were timely in providing a quote and getting the work done. We would recommend them.

Very happy with MB Decorators. Realistic quote provided for a small job, but it wasn't rushed, and we are happy with the end result. MB Decorators also made it clear they would come back and fix the paintwork if anything was missed. This is good to know and I would definitely use them again.
