Hello, I'm Andy. With over 15 years' experience as a decorator, I specialise in internal painting, wallpapering, and wall lining. I'm also experienced in fitting curtains and blinds. During the Covid pandemic, I became ill and was unable to work for the best part of two years, which led to the closure of my previous business and Rated People account, hence the gap in my ratings. This company contacted me after my request for a quote. We discussed all the details and they were helpful at first. They promised to provide a quote the next day or two but 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. Even after they read my whats app messages they dont reply. It is basic respect to reply when a customer is chasing a 3 week old request. Don't bother with them they waste your time. I cant give no stars but they deserve it. IF they cannot find time to do a quote they shouldn't chase more work.

Derrick responded quickly to an urgent request as I had a leak coming through the gable end with water getting behind the flashing as the mortar wasnt in a good condition. I spoke to Derrick in advance who talked me through the process and what to expect with the work (repointing and sealing). It was completed as arranged to a good quality and I appreciated the efforts to tidy up during and after the work as well.
