These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

Everyone was friendly and considerate of the access they had through our home to the garden. Final cleanup was flawless. We didn't need to lift a brush and shovel. Everything was done.
