I could not give these people a LOW enough rating. I had a 20 minute chat with them on the phone. I was given a quote and he said he would come that afternoon to look at the job but would in any case come and do the job the following morning. They did not turn up for either appointment. I phoned the mobile number he gave me FIVE times and left messages. No one got back to me.

Further to my previous review last September, I found afterwards that the work had not been completed as we had agreed, and the work that was done was not of a high standard. Martin has not replied to any of my messages, except once when he promised to call round but never appeared. Since then, the tiles he laid in the garden have started to disintegrate badly, but he still does not reply. Be warned about him!!

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. I can highly recommend Andy and his team. They turned up on time and put up with me interrupting them to get my car out of the garage and off the drive. They guys also were very helpful in moving some of the logs into our neighbours garden for firewood. When the trees were down they did a great job of tidying up. Very professional team who took great care to protect our property and themselves. I would have no hesitation in hiring them for future work.
