Shane arrived on time, completed the job to our satisfaction sooner and in less time than he first estimated and it looks good. He was polite and listened carefully to what we needed and discussed the project in detail. He cleaned up well after himself. He recently started out on his own after working for someone else which may be why he doesn't have many ratings yet.

Pressure washing, gutter clearance, soft washing of fascia/soffits/render/roofs, low pressure steaming at 150 degrees for fragile/listed brick/soft stones, biocide treatments to name but a few. Knowing roof coverings inside and out, along with our in house drone we can assess and advise what's best for your individual roofs requirements as not every roof is the same! Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved.
