We are a family run business with over 15 years in the building trade. From joiners, plumbers, electricians, painting/decorators, landscapers and plasterers we have it all. We take great pride in our work and customer care is priority. We do apply an out of hours charge after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays.

Further to my previous review last September, I found afterwards that the work had not been completed as we had agreed, and the work that was done was not of a high standard. Martin has not replied to any of my messages, except once when he promised to call round but never appeared. Since then, the tiles he laid in the garden have started to disintegrate badly, but he still does not reply. Be warned about him!!

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. They were very customer focused, no job was too much. Thank you guys for all your hard work. We love our new decking.

Request was handled promptly, The quote undercut others by two hundred, a swift appointment followed by busy, cheerful team halving my giant Holly's height and shaping it as I had requested, it's 4th drastic haircut in 44 years! The timber came through the house, and their scrupulous care resulted in but two leaves in my hall, as they swept up garden and abode so we'll. Superb job, the light now flooding into the garden will make the difference between awful grass and no flowers to warm and lush place to be. The guys were great, lovely chaps and you wouldn’t know they had been here - well apart from now seeing the sky over the back corner of the garden! Top work and already earmarked another tree for some action.
