Andrew extremely helpful polite tradesperson. Left my kitchen tiles clean, grime free with fresh grout and sealant. Takes his time as he does things properly. Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.

DO NOT EMPLOY THIS BUILDER!! He has laid my wood flooring onto carpet without my knowledge and now the floor is ruined. He took on the job even though he wasn't qualified or capable of given that he told me he was,and has then stated that I told him to lay down the wood flooring onto carpet. I can CATEGORICALLY deny that. He now will not answer my calls to discuss this. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND A LIE.
