He was super knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, making sure to leave a high quality finish in terms of decoration - and he came back afterwards to address a few small things that needed doing. Derek is a professional and he came around at short notice to fix my boiler. He gave clear advice and also what he was doing. The repair required multiple visits but he managed to keep me up to date on what he was doing and also the costs were reasonable. I highly recommend him.
