When a homeowner works with my team, the process will look like this: - I offer a free visit to meet the client and discuss the job further, - Then I sent a quote and clearly explain what should be agreed before the job begins. I am always open to discuss end explain my quotes, - As soon as the job is confirmed, the client and my team agree on the start date, - We make sure the surroundings are protected before the job starts - We order the materials - We complete the job - When the job is finished, I always leave the floor protection for one day to make sure the client's expectations are met (or exceeded!) and once my client is happy I remove the floor protection and clean around. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
