At Diamond Construction Services Ltd we provide a free design and quotation service, this means that If we are invited to provide you a quotation our estimator would attend your premises at a time convenience to yourself where we then would talk through the work which you would like doing, discuss the most practical and affordable way in which we can complete the job and then provide you with a full detailed written quotation, stating the exact works in which we’ve agreed on and a broken down scope of works on how we propose to complete the project for you with estimated dates Also attached is a fixed price along with a proposed payment plan, we like to work on a pay as you see basis meaning we never ask for an invoice to be paid until you see the work completed, as an example once the footings have been excavated we would then send across our invoice for footings excavated. I primarily work on all aspects of kitchen and bathroom fitting from fitting to services. However I have a long history of multi-trade work having completed high spec extensions throughout the years, no job is too small. I carry out property maintenance which involve carpentry plumbing and electrics as well as refurbishments all within the latest regulations.
