MKM PROJECT was established 2 years ago after working self employed for 18 years. I have been involved in many projects from basement, extensions, full house or flat refurbishments and loft conversion. Structural steel fittings, footings, brick and stud walls, roof structure, flooring, kitchen and bathroom fittings, tiling, joinery, plastering & painting. I have a SMSTS course done. The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!
