Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. A time and date was agreed with this company to attend our home and then provide us with a quote. However on the due date, the Representative of the company did not arrive. The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful.
