quick response head man very pleasant started off with a £5000 quoted from Pictures,when. he got here he found other damage quote increased to £15000 did the work in the time frame had to call them back several times because they just hadn't cleared up probably at least they did return mainly because I held funds,failed to use matching tiles on the roof caps which look out of place,they took down solar panels told me they would re install they failed was promised a call back never heard another thing.

Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. His quote was very reasonable and he managed to shift some of his other jobs to come and replace both the roof and the ceiling two days after he gave me the quote. As with any roof repair, it is a scary process as you need to have confidence in the person you hire. I was happy with the quote, and whilst he was on the roof, he took pictures to show me what was wrong. There was no upselling either, just specifics to what needed to be done. Arrived in good time, kept me informed and tidied up afterwards. I asked for extra work to be completed on the gable end, and that was completed in good time. Very happy. I will paint the ceiling and see if any stains reappear.
