They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy.
