Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. He also charging high as positions him as highly experienced professional. 18 months after the roof leaked and Pompelli didn't assume any responsibility and declared that he give only 12 moths guaranty. Council building control failed his installation due incorrect insulation installed and created moist being trapped under roof, room became dump, channeled electrical cables and cut beams, that led to ceiling drop by 4 inches. We had to hire a real builder to fix!

Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.
