ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. Jon was very professional and reliable and discussed the project with us as it was carried out to involve us in all decisions. We would highly recommend him and if we have any further works we will definitely get him in to do them. We received a few quotes and Jons was very fair. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom. All works were carried out to my complete satisfaction. Steve and Dave were very punctual each day, kept us informed of their progress with additional works carried out with care and to a high standard. Steve works in a very organized manner and always tidied up at the end of each day. All in all I would be happy to recommend Steve and will be engaging him again for other works in the future.

'Gez' was a complete star! He listened to what I wanted and accommodated almost to the letter (compromise was made on only a few minor things because of what was/was not physically possible) His work is of a really high standard, and I can see he really takes pride in wanting to do a good job and producing a clean and beautiful job. He is extremely trustworthy, very polite and curtious (he's also a good laugh!)He always lets you know what he is going to be doing the following day so you are not left wondering where you are in the job. The transformation of my bathroom is amazing and I can't thank him enough for what he has done. Gez, the cats will miss you, but I'm sure we'll be calling on you again soon!!! Thank so much

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.
