Graham and his selected team did a great job for us turning our dark cold basement into a lovely room that we use everyday, he was very clear throughout the whole process from quoting to completion and did additional jobs at a fair price. He also liaised with building control meetings. I highly recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate to get him to quote for more work in the future. You can tell that he takes pride in his work.

Complete waste of time! Agreed on a price & date, he cancelled the first date the day before the job and rearranged for two weeks later. Tried contacting him in various ways the day before he was due to come round the second time and had no reply. He didn't turn up on the rearranged date and didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know he wasn't coming. Not impressed so would not recommend him!

Greg is a pleasant and well mannered electrician. He completed a rewire of our house to bring it up to standard. We paid in full, on basis that he would return to complete work and rectify faults. Left several messages and gave several months (almost a year) to respond by phone or email. No response so we got a reputable electrician to inspect, and he found several faults with work which is still not finished. Considerable extra cost now to correct. Happy to provide evidence to support this review.

Painted external walls of mum's bungalow. She has Alzheimer's so workmen needed to understand the situation, especially as I couldn't be there all the time. This company contacted me after my request for a quote. We discussed all the details and they were helpful at first. They promised to provide a quote the next day or two but 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. Even after they read my whats app messages they dont reply. It is basic respect to reply when a customer is chasing a 3 week old request. Don't bother with them they waste your time. I cant give no stars but they deserve it. IF they cannot find time to do a quote they shouldn't chase more work.
