BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Scaffolding, skip,materials all arrived when they were supposed to. All members of the team were experienced and skilled tradesmen and they even cleared up every day. I have been working as a Bathroom Fitter, plumber and tiler for 20 years. I retrained having been an engineer previously. I have fitted upwards of 100 bathrooms, many were done in a 4 star hotel complex, so standards were set very high. I love the challenges of fitting bathrooms. I also tile to a very high standard, as I have always done all my own Tiling. I have tiled using all different types of tile, porcelain ceramic, mosaics, slate and natural stone. I have fitted wet wall and panelled ceilings with down lights. I do all aspects of plumbing. I also very adept at fitting solid wood and laminate flooring. I take a great pride in all work undertaken, I’m very conscientious and pay great attention to detail. I do one job at a time.
