Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Gavin was the only builder who responded but he still gave me a competitive quote and was able to start as soon as I wanted. I am very pleased with his work. He did the job and did a good clear-up afterwards.

Mr Belshaw was a pleasure to have around the property. His quote was comprehensive and competitive for the work. ASL responded to my query very quickly and came the next day to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and Andy provided plans for the building work we required. They were able to start work within two weeks and helped me to deal with the building regulations side of things. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided an exceptionally professional service. The end result (an extension to our kitchen) was fantastic, and there were no hidden costs in the bill. Overall, I could not recommend ASL more highly. They will be doing all our building work in the future. Thanks Andy!

David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
