We needed 10 'floating' shelves in a couple of alcoves. Jordan's quote was within our budget and he was friendly and easy to deal with whilst setting up the job. The team are very professional all parts of the job were well communicated verbally and quotes before the jobs commenced. The team were punctual communicated well of any unforseen problems and worked the extra into the schedule. Standards of workmanship are of a high standard the bathroom was retiled floor to ceiling and looks amazing unique and finished to a good standard. The team are tidy helpful and I found very honest. Phones emails texts answered instantly really helpful

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

Greg was very pleasent , very puntual on the inital appointment and the day he came to do our work. Very tidy and made a good deal of effort to cover up our furnishings etc to protect it from dust. We were looking to change 7 internal doors and Kieran was first to reply , he came to see then he sent us the price for doors to buy and deliver and fully installed , when we accepted he came out on time and finished the job in one day and we are very happy with the work , thank you again Kieran .
