Reasonable prices, happy to work on a day rate or a fixed price basis. Very approachable and easy to work with, good communication skills. Polite and respectful in people's homes. Have a well equipped van and happy to do small jobs. As well as larger projects.

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
We are a South Manchester building and joinery firm that have been established for 28 years. I personally have been involved in the building trade at all levels from planning design and build for 40 years plus. all our tradesmen are timed served and the electricians and gas fitters are all certificated.
