I found Darren to be friendly and professional. His quotes were reasonable. The jobs changed slightly once the work started and Darren took the time to explain the options. Some changes required additional money from me but I was happy to pay as the end result was worth it. I would definitely ask Darren for quotes in the future.

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

I had a couple of laminate boards in my kitchen that had broken & I needed them replacing. Johnny did a fabulous job of re-laying the kitchen floor to incorporate the new boards. A lovely, friendly, efficient service - a pleasure to have him in my home sorting out an annoying situation. Would highly recommend.

Sam gave a good price to supply and install solid oak stair cladding his workmanship was exceptional and outstanding. He was a lovely man couldn’t do enough for us. He cleaned up after himself. From coffee tables and chairs to staircases, floors and grand pianos, I have done it all. Colour matching, change of use and change of design. Government contracts in the past, included various departments from department of business to health (usually indirectly). Also RAF dance floor to royal navy officer training head office, all when I was living nearer London. I have been in this business since leaving school, and intend to continue while I still can because I have a 3 year old daughter at a rather late age. In the 1970s when I started most people were doing domestic furniture in this trade, I however was trained on government department jobs as well as domestic jobs. In those days most polishing jobs were dark traditional colours, by the late 80s to early naughties they were more natural colours and more recently lighter than natural. Perhaps you require fitted furniture or architectural joinery changes, such as doors and frames to blend with carpets or curtains. Send a photo and let's see what can be done. I also repair damaged furniture etc, maybe you have a deep scratch or broken furniture that you love that needs repair. (Again just send a photo)

Stewart did a wonderful job with our bespoke lounge bookcases and built in cupboards. We had a few specific requirements (such as fitting a vinyl player on the space above the cupboard!) and he listened to what we wanted and built it. Stewart had lots of great ideas on how to maximise our space and we're really happy with the outcome. The units have made our lounge! I would highly recommend Stewart's work.
