George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. What should have been a straightforward connection of electric oven to wall spur turned out to be not the case, due most likely to a problem with the (brand new) building’s wiring - John of Eagle Service went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue, which the council have now passed on to their builders to address. We have nothing but praise for John, and would happily use him again. John was friendly, efficient, professional, on time, and a pleasure to have in to do the job.

Did a poor job. Begged to be paid and promised to return to fix issues. He never did and ignores messages. Felt not sealed properly, bubbled out and on the front where visible. Knocked 2 bricks completely loose and just left them like that. Didn't mention them. Regret taking a punt on him. Silly of me to pay the full amount. You live and learn.

MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
