Complete strip out of the old bathrooms and installation of the new bathrooms with electrical heated floors, wet rooms, recessed shower trays, glass doors, tiling etc. Structural repairs of sagging floors, cracked walls, rotten roofs and fascia boards, guttering replacement, detection of leaks and problems leading to humidity. Metal fabrication. We can repair, replace metal railings, gates, fencing. Structural repair or replacement of metal structures such as garage roofs, gates. We also do small home improvements, repairs on a call out charge basis. So if You have many little things that needs fixing, adjusting or replacing we can send a handy man on a day rate to fix as many as possible.

Marek and Piotr (M&P Dream House) have just completed an extension project of my garden flat in London. This was a challenging project with complexities due to lack of side access, a big mature tree in the garden (deeper foundations) and shortage of building materials.
