Hello Mrs Bartlam Thank you for the rating although I don't understand why only 3,5 stars. I was under the impression that you and your husband were very happy with the job. We did everything agreed and went out of our way to source the materials for the job ourselves. When extra jobs turned up we readily took them on without asking for more money. Hope that you understand that this is my bread and butter and lukewarm ratings affect my chances of getting future jobs. Kind regards Alan
Laminate Flooring
Excellent, handled every problem. Replaced and matched flooring, resealed and sorted out plumbing. Prepared badly battered paintwork and repainted. All wonderful. I really recommend using Alter Universal.
