Lee and Dean were very organised and were always in communication with us. I found that having a payment plan was a great idea as this lessened the big pay outs, the overall build was to a good standard especially it being the wettest March, April, May and June. Neat brickwork and work all completed hen they said it would be. If you are not happy with anything then they will sort ot out and their work is guaranteed for a time period after completion Thank you Broadway for making our dream come to reality.
The Broadstone team were really helpful from the start. Lee and Dean were great at responding to our queries and worked with us to get the outcome we wanted. All of the trades did a really good job and we’re very happy with our finished build. The project took a bit longer than expected but it was a winter build and the weather was not in our favour, so understandable.

The initial consultation was very professional and good advice from Lee. I felt comfortable to hire this company for the job of removing a wall to open up the lounge and kitchen diner. The two builders worked well together and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to friends and family if needed.
