Derek came and priced when he said he would, Derek came and plastered when he said he would. Which is a dam sight lot more than the other idiot plasterers did! Came, did the job, communicated. Top marks. Other trades should go to the school of Derek.

Derek was very reliable and carried the work to an excellent, perfect standard. He came as agreed my wife had full confidence in his workmanship after the first day, he explained thoroughly what he would be doing. He just got on with the work very quietly.
