Great advice and service from. Edward. What could have been a big job was made small with some good advice from someone with plenty of experience

Garden Maintenance
Edward is a handyman with no specific knowledge of plants/weeds He also did some painting but had to point out a lot of istakes and he had to re-paint due to the bad finish of the gloss work. Wouuld not recommend him for painting

The garden job description was: " Services required: weeding". There was no requirement for a horticulturist!. The painting work was not posted on Rated People and comments should not have been sent.I agreed with the customer that the "water based" paint did not give a good finish. I returned at no extra cost and used a"solvent based" paint to provide a nice gloss finish.
Internal Painting & Decorating
Edward was quick to quote and understand what needed to be done. His price was very reasonable and the work he carried out was of a very high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him
External Lighting
I posted a job on Rated People.com and within minutes I had received a text and a call from Edward Smith to advise when he could come and price the job. It was very prompt indeed and I was extremely pleased with the service.
