Job was done a little longer than expected due to tiles being outdated, but I was kept informed throughout, would recommend Fred again.

The roofer quoted £300 to replace some tiles which I assumed was a fair price.As it turned out the job was small and took less than an hour. I had to remind them to seal the gulley which took a few extra minutes. I feel the price was completely unacceptable and out of proportion to the time taken. I also feel I have been taken advantage of because he could see I needed the job doing quickly. Finally it would have been helpful to have had photos of the roof (before and after) to see what has been done.
