The additional time was taken up by removing the existing kitchen sink to install the new monobloc kitchen tap.Pat called at 1.30pm and I attended by 3.30pm the same day.Did not leave until Pat was satisfied.

Had a further problem with the tap becoming loose. Telephoned him in his mobile and he promised to come last Friday afternoon (23 Aug) to fix it. He did not turn up and no phone call then or since. Had to get another plumber in who could not use a spanner to tighten as hot & cold joints were in front and could not get to the tap itself.

Friday 23August attended A&E to have urgent eye treatment having had solder in right eye. Have been given all clear this evening having re attended A&E. Something's are more important in life than a loose tap- enough said.
Bathroom Repair
I was impressed with their speed and friendliness, but was not happy when I ended up spending 3 times more than I anticipated. All I wanted was to have the new toilet seat fixed onto the old toilet, but they made me buy a new expensive toilet, as they could not just replace the seat.
