Whilst it wasn't this tradesman, happy taps rang me to arrange a date and the work required. it was arranged for over 2 weeks later, happy days I thought- all sorted for when I could get a day off work. Having badgered for confirmation, the day before the engineer was due to arrive, I received a text saying they wouldn't be coming and if I wanted to rearrange then to get in touch otherwise the job was closed. Good luck anyone who uses happy taps ..... My experience was to be let down at the last minute

A job well done slightly more difficult than I /we expected but was completed satisfactorily. I made the right decision to get a professional in to fit a so called " replacement tap" Nice and friendly. Job done in 1 and 1/2 hours rather than 1hr Thanks
