Was called to replace a mixer tap, he came on time and changed the tap However, carelessly opened a pressure tap which monitors the boiler pressure and caused the boiler to break down leaving us with no water and gas. We had to call the emergency repairs and were left with paying £190 to fix the problem caused by James. Will not use him again.
