House Extension
Happy overall considering the extent of works. Excellent tradesmen, turned up for work on time. Someone on site every day, highly skilled specialists in each trade. Some cost and time overrun due to unexpected problems. This was our first renovation project.
House Extension
JGA completed a loft extension and side return to our Edwardian property. It consisted of almost gutting the whole house, re-wiring, re-plumbing, installing a new bathroom and kitchen and took seven months in total. JGA worked from our architects plans and although we moved out were always in touch with updates and any problems were raised early so we could find the best solutions together. We're extremely happy with the work we've had done and all suppliers were really helpful.
Loft Conversion
Josh has been superb on this job. The quality of the work has been outstanding on a sensitive loft conversion. He is prompt, communicative and employs a friendly and reliable team. My neighbours have also been complimentary about his team throughout the build. At the end of each day, Josh ensures he and his team thoroughly clean up after themselves, which made my life with two small boys much easier. Also associated tradesmen (painter, carpet layer) have been excellent.I would not hesitate to recommend.
Loft Conversion
Our house suffers mould issues, and we were concerned it was caused by unknown damages on the roof. Josh came to give us an estimation. He was very professional and very honest. He checked our rooms and the roof, and told us that our roof was fine and the mould was not caused by leaking roof but condensation. He advised us on how to fix the issue and who to talk to. Furthermore, he cleaned the gutters of our roof - without charging us anything. We will definitely use him again. Highly recommended!
