Domestic House Cleaning: One Off
Overall it was a good job. They arrived quite late and my partner was surprised they didn't come with a hoover, but they went onto do a fantastic job of the oven and windows and a decent job of everywhere else, although we expected the carpets to be cleaned a little better (we found a few pieces of plaster left at the sides of rooms here and there). Ultimately it was a pretty good job and they clearly worked hard.

Phoned 10 mins before appointment to say would be 2 hours late. Upon arrival tried to claim another £20 for 'materials'. Quality of work... hard to say, the problem certainly wasn't eradicated but undoubtedly an improvement.
