Mark visited to inspect the job and wrote out a competetive quote there and then. No having to wait a week for paperwork. The roof was replaced a few days later as agreed. Mark was punctual and polite throughout and a pleasure to have at our home. One minor issue with the guttering was addressed quickly and has been fine since. I would recommend M&M roofing.
