Came very promptly. Diagnosis was not correct but the fault was elusive and seemed to correct itself after some fiddling around.

Troy came just a few hours after we spoke to help me sort a problem caused by another electrician with my bathroom lights. He went to get a part for me (a spring, which needed fixing within the light fixture) and then changed the bulbs. He gave me some very helpful advice and also recommended a couple of tradesmen for some other jobs. He was incredibly prompt, helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend him.
