M name is Phillip Holsgrove I have over 30 years experience working in the building industry.
Initially I was employed in the family business where i had the opportunity to learn the skills needed to build and renovate properties including brickwork, plastering, decorating and carpentry.
.Woodwork has always been a passion of mine along with an interest in art, craft and design.
With this in mind I studied Furniture Make and Design at Rycotewood Furniture School in Oxford as a mature student where I was able to develop my design and woodworking skills to a higher level.
Attention to detail and working to a high standard are important to me. Equally important is a professional attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with the client to ensure customer satisfaction.
I am able to take on larger projects if required and employ other trades if necessary.

Philip did an amazing job with building and installing the bookshelves in my living room. I am delighted with the result and with the efficient way they were done. Philip is not just an excellent carpenter but also a fantastic furniture maker who takes great pride in his work and works closely with his client in developing a plan which he then delivers on time.
