Works to tenanted property - I am the landlord. Tenant happy with work; I found managing this fairly straightforward set of repairs from offsite a bit of a challenge (48 emails to and fro!) Tenant asked them on the day to leave the old aerial in the shed 'in case landlord needs it' (despite her knowing I was paying to have it removed) but they were very good and went back to clear it. I am sufficiently satisfied to use them again in the future. Recommend, esp if for own home rather than tenanted property
