Excellent customer service given by the tradesman. I had a blocked toilet backing up water not flushing.He was very efficient and focussed on the job and kept me very well informed. He had a very professional attitude and was friendly and well spoken. The job itself presented some difficulties which were dealt with within the agreed time limits. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbours without hesitation.
