Robin has helped with a tricky extractor fan replacement x2. I wanted have current extra-loud fans replaced with smth compatible, but much less noisy, however upon initial check it turned out that there is very narrow space to plant the fans into the ceiling. Robin helped research possible alternative models and found the most silent one available, which could still fit. He also helped to fill the holes left visible from the old larger fan. Nice guy, communicates back rapidly via phone and e-mail.
