Raymond Thomson turned up when he said he would, took and showed photos of slates and chimney-stacks, discussed the work clearly and honestly. Gave a reasonable estimate and stuck to it. Polite, helpful, kept in touch and did the work. The weather has not yet totally tested the repairs, but it seems to be fine. We will clearly use RT Roofing again, not least because - unlike some big roofing operators - RT will turn up for a half-day job.
