Access Control / Door Entry
He fitted in a new door entry system, however in the process of installing it he cut of the alarm cables to the building, and denied he did it As soon as the alarm guy came he went. I called him to say you cut the cable and he keeps repeating he would have told me if he knew he cut the cable. Your obviously suppose to know what you are cutting that doesn't belong to your installation. The alarm engineer pulled out the cut cable hidden in the ceiling. old system still beeping. NOT HAPPY

I'll have to disagree with the comments made the cable was obviously cut and while working around the door entry system may have knocked what was already damaged I'm extremely professional and carry out high quality works. The intercom door entry system installed at this property is at a very high standard and is and was left fully operational it was a great job but because of the existing broken cable that I have now been blamed for I have 1 star. Life goes on. Thanks
