On returning to carry out a second job damage was caused to hallway wall and stairs, advised trades person and submitted photos, followed up with text messages, no response forthcoming, no apology for damage, totally ignored!

I spend alot of time and energy to make sure Robert had everything before he came to install my lights. On the day of (which I had to take off) installation, he rang and told me he had to go to A/E and that he will reschedule. A week later I tried contacting him (phone and text) a few times with no response. It's a pity I was holding off to give Robert the benefit of the doubt.

Very disappointing . Robert came to see me took details and promised a quote then I never heard from him again. After repeatedly trying to contact him I gave up and went with someone else
