Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.
Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
Hired them to assemble a big IKEA wardrobe but it seemed like the job was too big for them. They should have just said and I would have paid the £20 extra and gone with the IKEA assembly team. Long story short, they managed to get the wardrobe up after hours (came at 10am left around 8pm) however the wardrobe is missing parts that I realised after they left and asked them about, they said they thought it was "extras". Refused to come back and finish. Not the wardrobe I paid for with the missing parts. Bad.

No conditions to put up the wardrobe in the property, all sort of thing in the way. And mate ive been waiting for you at least 20 min to open a door. We started around 11.30am and left around 7.10pm. Also we did another wardrobe additionally. And the wardrobe we have done was equivalent to about two big wardrobes. Missing parts in the beginning. All making it even more confused. Very disappointed with that wardrobe. Wish I had never done it.

Cut a very large pile of logs up for me, to use as fire wood. Worked very (very) hard. The job turned out to be much more time consuming and much harder than either of us had anticipated, but Ricardo was still willing to stick to the agreed price.
