I was very pleased with the work Simon did for me as shown in my previous review on 24th April. However the follow up to his service has been very disappointing,l have not received a receipt or more importantly a certificate for the work done as promised.l have contacted him on numerous occasions but to no avail..A very disappointed customer.Jennifer Gadsby.

Simon came to give me a quote quickly and at the time he said. He fitted the job in to suit my shifts, and came on time and did a great job of fitting a cooker switch and removing and replacing an inbuilt oven. The price was very reasonable and he was courteous and efficient. Would use him again and recommend his service.

Do not use. Supplies poor quality merchandise and refuses to answer calls, resolve the problem created by the service and no offer for refund.

this customer I did not do any work for because they couldn't have there mirrors fitted as there was no power for the fittings and for the leds you had 67 leds for £300 so I think you had the bargain not me with poor service so sort your self out

First time we used this service was for the mirror job which we were honestly recommended not to go ahead by him. Happy with this we got some electrical sockets. At that point we left a positive feedback. We then got 60 fully functional bulbs replaced with LED ones in April. They started blowing out the same evening and are still blowing. We have contacted the provider several times and all we have had is additional 10 new bulbs. The problem is not fixed in-spite of contacting several times hence not happy.

I have sent this customer the details to send the leds back to the supplier for a exchange or a full refund.its not my fault he has a natural fault on the lighting circuit
